Registration is free and it helps us develop a map of where DCERN members are located -- and this helps us plan for emergencies.  We will not share your registration information with anyone for any reason.  We will send you a DCERN membership card. 

Please include your name, address, email address and phone number.  If you want to add any information about yourself --if you're an EMT, ham radio operator, police officer, government official, etc.-- you can include that.  Let us know if you're interested in volunteering to help DCERN. When creating this form, we decided not to include separate boxes for different fields to make it easier to fill out.  Questions?  Please email us.
